This is a confidential depression assessment. This website operates on a secure server (SSL protected) and has Site Lock Web Security so that all information that you provide is encrypted, HIPAA Compliant and safe.
Please call 856-282-3240 to schedule a phone screening interview with our intake specialist. Leave the best time to call you. During this interview, they will briefly go over your medical, surgical and mental health history.
If you are a candidate, our scheduler will call you to set up a date and time for your ketamine therapy infusion, here at the Delaware Valley Wellness Center.
Final interview and infusion day. Come to the center wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. If you’d like, please bring an eye mask, soothing/happy music, and earphones for your phone or iPod. You will meet our friendly infusion anesthesia team and they will briefly go over your vital signs, history, and physical. A urine screen will be performed. Cocaine-positive patients will have to be rescheduled. An intravenous line will be placed and your ketamine therapy infusion started. Please see the What To Expect section.

Does insurance cover ketamine infusion?
At this time, most insurance companies do not cover the cost of ketamine infusions.
Reasons for Cancellation:
Patients that do not have a ride home with an adult > 18 y/o will be rescheduled.
Patients that do not follow the NPO instructions may need to be rescheduled.
As a precaution, we do not treat patients that have uncontrolled blood pressure, who are pregnant, have substance abuse illness, have a high-risk medical history, or who we feel may not be appropriate for this facility. We also refrain from treating patients that are actively maniac, agitated, or psychotic.

Maintenance Infusion | $500 per session
Most medical insurance carriers do not cover intravenous ketamine for depression and anxiety.
